Account and registration

When you register a dewadepo account, we collect your email address, a password (which we never store in plain text), your full name, date of birth, and phone number. These details are mandatory for account creation. During your first withdrawal request, we ask you to provide identity verification: a copy of your government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or equivalent) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar). We encrypt this verification data and store it securely. If you access dewadepo from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, we may log your location for fraud detection. All personal information is protected under our privacy policy and is never sold to third parties.

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered email address. We send a password-reset link to your email within a few minutes. Click that link, choose a new password, and save the change. Your new password takes effect immediately. Do not share the reset link with anyone. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support. For security reasons, we do not send passwords via email or reset them without your verification. If you cannot access your registered email, contact our support team to verify your identity and recover your account.

We respond to support requests within one business day during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Jakarta time). Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek) are answered the next business day. If you report a security issue (unauthorised login, suspected fraud), we prioritise your request and may respond within hours. For urgent issues, use the "Priority support" option in your account dashboard if available. Response times depend on ticket volume, but we aim to resolve most issues on the first contact.

To request deletion of your personal data and account closure, go to your account settings and click "Close account." You will be asked to confirm your choice and provide a reason (optional). Once confirmed, we begin the account closure process. Your personal information (name, email, address, ID copy) is deleted within 90 days of closure. Transaction history and betting records are retained for 3 years for legal compliance and anti-money-laundering purposes. We do not retain this data after the retention period expires. Payments and transactions

Deposit minimums and maximums vary by payment method. We do not set fixed minimum or maximum amounts, as limits change based on payment-partner policies and regulatory requirements. When you initiate a deposit, the available range for your chosen method is displayed on screen. Most e-wallets (mobile banking, local payment, online payment) process deposits within minutes. Bank transfers (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) may take one to two hours. Your balance updates in your dewadepo account once the payment is confirmed. If a deposit fails, check your payment-method account to see if the transaction was blocked or declined.

dewadepo does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) may apply their own fees depending on transaction type and account status. Check your payment method's fee schedule before depositing. On withdrawals, dewadepo also does not apply a platform fee. Your payment provider may deduct a transfer fee when we send funds to your account. Withdrawal amounts are calculated net of any bank or e-wallet fees charged by the receiving institution. Your dewadepo balance shows the exact amount you will receive after all deductions. If you have questions about a specific fee, contact our support team with your transaction ID.

dewadepo offers a practice mode for certain games (slots, live-dealer tables) but does not offer a full free-play account. To access demo versions, log in to your account and look for the "Play for free" or "Demo" button on individual game pages. In demo mode, you receive virtual credits to test the game without risking real money. Your demo balance does not affect your account balance and cannot be withdrawn. After you create a real money account and complete verification, you can switch between real-money and demo modes on most games. Our cashback offer is calculated on net losses during the week (Monday–Sunday, Jakarta time). At the end of each week, we calculate your total stakes minus your total winnings. You see the dealer, cards or wheel, and other players (if it is a multi-player table). Each game has a minimum and maximum bet. Place your bet before the dealer closes betting. Outcomes are determined by real cards, wheels, or dice—no software algorithm. Chat with the dealer and other players if available. Live-dealer games require a stable internet connection. If your connection drops mid-game, your bets are settled according to the outcome when the connection was lost.
